Kyle, a lifelong waterfowl hunter, is a native of Gueydan, Louisiana; the self-proclaimed “Duck Capital of America.”  He believes in the concept of a well-rounded Labrador, one that can be a faithful hunting companion, a champion competitor in hunt tests and field trials, as well as a happy and well-adjusted family pet.  If you long for a Labrador with any of these characteristics and talents, look no further than Abita River Retrievers.

As an avid hunter and Field Trialer, Kyle only breeds dogs he would be comfortable running in trials or sitting beside in a duck blind. Kyle is actively involved in many organizations which promote the shooting sports and wildlife conservation issues. Kyle is currently serving as the Secretary of the Atlanta Retriever Club and also actively supports Ducks Unlimited and Delta Waterfowl, respectively.
